Terms of sale

1. Seller

These terms and conditions of sale apply to every order placed on nidorareborn.com with Nidora Reborn, micro-entreprise, SIRET 106 848 781 00014, email: contact@nidorareborn.com.

2. Products

Nidora Reborn offers reborn dolls, which are collectible and decorative items. They are not toys: they are not suitable for children under 3 and must be handled under adult supervision. Each baby is handmade and hand-painted, so slight differences in shade or detail compared with the photos may occur and do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros or in your local currency, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping is free and any customs duties and import taxes are included: you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. The applicable price is the one displayed when you confirm your order.

4. Orders

You select your items, enter your details and delivery address, then confirm the order with an obligation to pay. A confirmation email summarising your order is then sent to you. Nidora Reborn may cancel an order in the event of a payment problem, stock shortage or previous dispute; in that case you will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is made online when you place your order, by card or by the other methods offered at checkout (PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay…). Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment partners: we never have access to your card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery is free and tracked. Please allow 12 to 16 business days between your order and delivery. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take physical possession of the parcel. If your order is not delivered within the stated time, you may ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period; failing that, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund (article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code).

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. Inform us of your decision with a clear statement (for example by email to contact@nidorareborn.com) or using the form below. You must then return the product complete, in its original packaging and in perfect condition, no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

We will refund all payments received no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method as for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have supplied proof of having sent it back. You may be held liable for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

8. Legal guarantees

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). You have two years from delivery to claim under the guarantee of conformity and obtain repair or replacement of the product or, failing that, a price reduction or refund. During this period, you do not have to prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery. If your product is damaged or does not match your order, email us at contact@nidorareborn.com with photos: we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

9. Customer service

10. Mediation

If a dispute remains unresolved after a written complaint to our customer service, you may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator, in accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

11. Personal data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence.
