What are the babies made of?
Our babies are made of soft vinyl, hand-painted in several layers for a lifelike skin. Depending on the model, their hair is rooted or painted, and their body is full vinyl or soft cuddly cloth. Each page details the features of the baby.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free and tracked. Please allow 12 to 16 business days between your order and delivery. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Will I pay customs fees?
No. Customs duties and import taxes are already included in the price, whatever your country. You will have nothing to pay on delivery.
What comes with my baby?
Your baby arrives with its outfit, pacifier, bottle and birth certificate, in a carefully protected parcel.
Can I return my baby?
