14-day returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from receiving your baby to let us know you would like to return it, without giving any reason.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at contact@nidorareborn.com with your order number.
  2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the product back within 14 days of your request, preferably with a tracked service.

Conditions

  • The product must be complete, in its original packaging, with its accessories and birth certificate.
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense.
  • For fast processing, always contact us before sending your parcel.

Refund

We will refund the full price paid within 14 days at the latest, to the payment method used for the order. The refund may be withheld until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent.

Damaged or incorrect item

Has your baby arrived damaged, or does it not match your order? Contact us as soon as you receive it, with photos of the product and the parcel. We will offer a replacement or refund, with no return costs for you.
