Data we collect

Contact details: name, delivery and billing addresses, email, phone number.
Order data: products purchased, amounts, order history.
Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers; we never see or store your card numbers.
Browsing data: IP address, device, pages viewed, cookies.
Your messages to us and the reviews you publish.

Purposes and legal bases

Processing and delivering your orders, handling returns and customer service (performance of the contract).
Meeting our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
Preventing fraud and securing the website (legitimate interest).
Sending you our news and offers by email if you have agreed to it (consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link).
Audience measurement and personalised advertising through cookies (consent).

Recipients

Your data is only shared with the service providers we need: Shopify (store hosting), our payment partners (Shopify Payments, PayPal…), our supplier and carriers for delivery, and Judge.me for customer reviews. We never sell your data.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers are located outside the European Union (notably in Canada, the United States and Asia for shipping). These transfers are covered by adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or are necessary to fulfil your order.

Retention periods

Customer data: 3 years after your last purchase or contact.
Invoices and accounting data: 10 years (legal obligation).
Cookies: 13 months maximum.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@nidorareborn.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

Non-essential cookies (statistics, advertising) are only placed with your consent. You can change your choices at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.

Shopify
